Neagle Planning Ltd was established to provide clear, honest, and outcome-focused planning advice, delivered personally by an experienced Chartered Town Planner. We work across Oxfordshire and throughout England, supporting clients with clear strategic advice, strong technical reasoning, and a practical focus on achieving results.

About Oliver
Oliver Neagle BA (Hons) MA (MAURP) MRTPI is a Chartered Town Planner with 11 years’ experience in leading national consultancy environments, including Pegasus Group, Carter Jonas, and BNP Paribas Real Estate / Strutt & Parker.
​
Oliver has advised on a wide range of projects, including major residential developments, university and institutional schemes, strategic land promotion, rural and heritage assets, commercial expansions, householder projects, and complex planning appeals. His experience spans both public-facing planning work and senior advisory roles for developers, landowners, institutions, and private clients.

This background provides clients with informed, commercially aware advice, shaped by a clear understanding of how proposals are assessed by local authorities, elected Members and Inspectors.​
